One thing I do not like is there is no folder to store files. You can easily share images, notes, documents, and collaborate as a team in real time CONS. I LOVE that you can tag people to alert them of your updates/notes. It appears to have good mobile app support for Andriod and IOS but I haven't tried it yet. Producteev is GREAT for project management Super easy to use PROS. Labels can be attributed to each task for categorization.

The software offers a set of robust features and functionalities that go beyond simply. Each task simply has a due date (and time is optional). Producteev is a popular, powerful task management solution by Jive. It does not have GANTT dependency functionality, where you link the beginning of one task to the completion of another and the whole schedule shifts when the end of the first task changes dates. You can attach files to your comment as well. There are subtasks that are a checklist, and a freeform text commenting log. From the start Producteev positioned itself as a super-cross-platform service and promised to support all possible platforms. Everyone following the task gets email updates when something changes. Launches Windows and Mac apps One of the best online task-managers Producteev has launched the new version. It doesn't really do resource planning and allocation, but does a good job of deciding who gets updated. Everyone can make changes but there is no user level tracking (it doesn't show who moved the deadline down 2 weeks).
